As I age, I am grateful to have Julie provide guidance for core strengthening, balancing and cardio training based on what I am able to do. She has helped me work through bursitis and other issues. I have noticed that I am able to do more without experiencing aches and pain because of her help.

Among the many positive results I get from working with Julie, the biggest is knowing I have a partner who understands my goals and limitations. She always starts our session by asking how my body is feeling so she can focus on what would be best for me at that time.


Prior to working with Julie, I didn't have a good understanding of how to make the most of the exercise equipment at a gym. And I don't have a strong desire to work out in a gym. I learned that there are many ways to adapt to not having gym equipment, and now I work out in my home. Working out with Julie on a regular basis is something I look forward to.


I now have an understanding of how to work with the equipment I have at home, which helps motivate me to pick up weights, do push-ups, stretches, etc., whenever I feel like doing them. Julie's instruction and direction have been a great driver for me to work out so I can maintain or increase the strength and flexibility I get from our workouts together.


I have worked with Julie for over 20 years. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone who will listen to you and create a plan to reach whatever goals you want to attain. Julie has deep knowledge of how positions and movements affect your body, and she helps you visualize what a specific movement is doing.


Julie has a natural way of working with people. She does not shame or judge. She encourages and makes suggestions.
